It doesn't seem fair to people who are actually using their bicycles to have all the parking used up just because this fellow wants to store a bunch of junk bikes outside his home.
Please remove them and dispose of the carcasses.

Since Covid there are a group of people occupying the bus shelters there. They smoke, buy, sell, and use drugs. fight with each other. Pee behind bus shelter while people are there. Outreach workers are not effective.
9:10 and 6:40 70 bus number outbound has not shown for a few weeks.
