Description
Water does not drain properly and floods the entrance to Linear Park on Cedar Street whenever it rains or snow melts. This photo was taken yesterday, 3/1/2021, and it would have frozen overnight. I called into DPW last week or so ago when the area was like ice skating rink.

Received the following update from DR - City Hall:
It is being looked at and evaluated. I heard from Public Works that it’s more than just ponding and there are more extensive repairs that are needed and the City Engineer is being consulted about what can be done/when.
Status of long outstanding issues should periodically updated without the reporter resorting to contacting City to find out what is going on.
This should be elevated as an emergency repairs and addressed before the winter sets in to prevent slip and fall accidents.
Thank you
